Payroll doesn’t start on payday.
Each recorded hour updates pay, employer costs and the books. You can see what payroll is becoming before it is time to pay.
Review what is already preparedThe tax work is already taking shape.
Most software waits until everything is certain, then reports one final number. Radanu shows what's confirmed and what isn't, the moment it happens — not after the fact. A categorized sale, bill or hour of work updates the books and the applicable federal and state forms and schedules. The receipt and change history stay with it.

UpdatedNorthline’s example form setup
Illustrative setup chosen for this tour: a sole proprietor using accrual accounting, with Indiana taxable retail sales. The federal example uses the 2025 Schedule C; the state example follows Indiana’s ST-103 instructions. These are this day’s contributions, not completed period returns or a connection to production tax records.
Supplies are assumed consumed in the business, not included in inventory; wages are assumed non-inventory labor with no employment credits. The employer cost uses the actual 7.65% FICA match rate; employee withholding combines that same 7.65% with an illustrative 10% federal rate, not a full bracket calculation. Both remain separate from actual tax-line calculations. Tax recognition, exceptions and filing depend on the business’s actual facts.

About the example figures
Sample sale: $2,480 before 7% sales tax. Stock cost: $205 per unit. Employer cost: the actual 7.65% FICA match. Employee withholding: that same 7.65% FICA plus an illustrative 10% federal rate. These are disclosed example assumptions, not rates for your business. A $5,000 transfer buys 5,000 USDC at a fixed $1 per USDC with no fee. Digital assets are shown at book value. Federal and state filing requirements depend on the business. Nothing here files a return or moves real money.

Your business.
Radanu isn't two products stitched together. Either side can start it: you can assign your own firm to your business, or a firm can bring you on as a client. Both paths land in the same system — work on your own, hire Radanu Accounting, invite your current professional, or find another contractor in the marketplace. Give each person access to the work you choose.
Who is working with you?
Contractor example: projects and documents shared. Accounting, tax and payroll remain private.
Choosing a view here does not hire anyone or grant access to a real business.
